Jiffy Corn Casserole and I Don’t Care (about the calories)

Ingredients:
1 can cream corn (14-15 oz)
1 can whole kernel corn (14-15 oz, drained)
1 stick butter, melted (1/2 cup)
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 8 oz. sour cream
Directions:
Melt butter, mix all ingredients together. Transfer to a buttered 8″ x 8″ pan and bake for 50 minutes @ 350 degrees. Optional additions: top casserole with shredded cheese, add a gently whipped egg for a lighter casserole.
