Salsa #9

ROAST the following:
-8-10 habaneros +/- for heat
-3-6 jalapenos & serranos
-5 Roma tomatoes
-5 tomatillos
BOIL the following:
1 qt. vegetable stock
3 cups water
5 cloves garlic
2 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp paprika
Combine liquid and roasted vegetables (once blackened) and cook down till tomatoes are soft. Then blend everything together. Afterwards, fold in:
1/3 bunch cilantro
1/2 chopped red onion
2 tbsp cider vinegar
juice from 2 limes
Chill for at least 3 hours. Enjoy!
